Each one is crafted from a high quality, hardbound notebook that features a ribbon bookmark, clasp band, and an interior folio pocket inside the back cover, all wrapped up in genuine American Dark Walnut wood, inlayed with your engraved Maple State.

I sent this as a 'new' house gift and my 'thank you' note from the recipients was very good. They thought it was so "cool" and they loved the idea of being able to document/memorialize their new experiences as they begin building their new house.
